Congratulations to Kathy F. from Sarnia, Ontario for winning our First 'Refer a Friend' Contest. Congratulations to Kyle D. from Oshawa, Ontario for winning our Second 'Refer a Friend' Contest. 1. Contest starts at 11:00am on Friday, January 4, 2013 and closes on Sunday, June 30th, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Contest Closing Date”). All times are Eastern. No purchase necessary. Only 1 entry per person. 3. One winner will be selected by the Niagara Falls Courtyard by Marriott on Monday, July 8th, 2013 at approximately 10am E.T. from all eligible entries received before or on the contest closing date. The winner will be selected at random from all the entries. 4. The selected winner will be contacted via email. 5. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within two (2) business days following the draw, declines the prize, or fails to return a release of liability as specified below, another entrant will be selected until the prize is awarded. 6. Participants are eligible to win one (1) grand prize consisting of a 1 night stay at the Niagara Falls Courtyard by Marriott which includes a 1 night stay in a standard guest room with 2 queen-sized beds. 8. Grand prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. The Niagara Falls Courtyard by Marriott reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever the reason, of the advertised prize in whole or in part.
9. To be declared a winner, selected entrants will need to return a signed release of liability and acknowledgment form. Contest judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes. 10.
